Who are we?
Born in Thargomindah, Australia, our chocolate company was founded on a simple belief: great chocolate should be made with patience, precision, and respect for every ingredient. From the first crack of the cocoa bean to the final snap of a finished bar, we stay close to every stage of the craft. We roast, winnow, grind, refine, and temper in small batches, paying careful attention to the aromas, textures, and natural character that emerge along the way.
Our chocolate is built around purity and clarity of taste. We choose ingredients that enhance the natural richness of the cacao itself: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and other pure, raw materials that let the chocolate speak for itself. We avoid cocoa powder and soy lecithin, keeping the recipe clean, focused, and true to the bean. The result is chocolate with a fuller aroma, a smoother finish, and a more honest expression of flavor.
At the heart of our signature bar are roasted peanut bits, adding a satisfying crunch through the center of each of the six blocks. Our main bar includes a dense peanut caramel core, bringing depth, sweetness, and a rounded nutty finish. For those who prefer a simpler expression, we also make a version without the peanut caramel: still layered, still textural, still unmistakably ours.
